The Supreme Court is undermining its own authority

Without legal reasoning applied to an opinion from the Court, you establish no precedent. So the Court is frozen in time. That is how I see the overuse of the shadow docket, or as I call it, the shady docket. It will be up to the Federal judges to hold the line from this branch of government, because the Roberts Court is making itself irrelevant.
