MO State Rep Price about dividing line for redistricting
She represents District 26 in Jackson County, where KC is located. Found the short clip on her Instagram account. She says the dividing line for the new districts is either Troost, a classic segregation divider, or 71, a newer segregation dividing line. Either way it's very obvious the GOP isn't even trying to hide anymore.
