Racial Profiling: SCOTUS Style

Katie Phang and Steve Vladeck

It’s hard not to be disgusted these days with SCOTUS. And yesterday’s ruling in Noem v. Perdomo just underscores why we have to keep up the fight and let those conservative SCOTUS justices know why they may think they’re in the majority on the highest court in our land, but they’re really in the MINORITY when it comes to how Americans truly feel and think.

As always, grateful to Steve Vladeck for his brilliance and his willingness to share his incredible knowledge with all of us. We are stronger and smarter for it. Let Steve and I know in the comments section whether he and I should make this a standing appointment each week to cover the latest in SCOTUS.

Thank you Cash Flow Collective, Dianne Mize, Stephanie G Wilson, PhD, Julian Sanchez, Charles Vollmar, and many others for tuning into my live video with Steve Vladeck! Join me for my next live video in the app.
