Sending military troops into Democratic cities has absulutely NOTHING to do with reducing crime. Your president is flexing his authoritarian muscles with an eye towards the 2026 midterms. Both you and he have REDUCED FUNDING for measures that are actually effective at further reducing crime, which has been declining for years in those cities.

Indiscriminately grabbing brown people, who are usually legal and often actual citizens, then just hiding them away or shipping them off to another country is NOT about criminals. It IS about potential voters who generally vote DEM.

Plus there's the intimidation factor: Make a certain demographic afraid to venture out where they might LEGALLY register and vote.
