Call it the Closet Docket
OK boys/justices, there's a whole lot of secrets and whispers and subterfuge in your Supreme Court club these days. Not a lot of disclosure about your rulings and decisions. Too important to explain things to us little people! Sometimes this pattern is labeled as a shadow docket, but I think the Closet Docket fits just as well. You all want to stay in that closet together? What are you afraid of?
