and get their statement or their social media, etc.

We have no idea WHY Kirk was killed. Could be over a financial dealing gone bad, or some other personal matter.

Could be someone just trying to be famous for killing someone at a political event.

We don't know who and we don't know why.

Couldn't disagree more about the grave dancing, though.

I love grave dancing!

Kirk richly deserves it.

He wanted people to die for the 2nd amendment. He died for his own cause.

He and his family should be happy.

Look what recently happened to the Ukrainian young woman in North Carolina.

The bottom line: We’ve got to get to the point in this country where/when people can hold different ideological and political viewpoints without violently attacking each other for doing so.

Hitler invaded sovereign nations, caused a World War, and was responsible for the deaths of millions upon millions of people by 1945.

Charlie Kirk was a political activist with right-wing ideas that many found abhorrent. Please...

invading other countries. Trump has already talked about taking Canada, the Panama Canal, Greenland, and building a resort in Gaza, as well as standing with Putin in the invasion of Ukraine, encouraged by the likes of Kirk. As for all his other scapegoating, cruelty, division and spread of hated, misinformation and bigotry, you can't see any similarities?

So difficult to be a Buddhist these days.
But with a feeling of
• Wisdom
• Good intent
• Right speech, and
• Right actions

there are more, but if more people got this far, what a wonderful world it would be.

I read about two lay Buddhist leaders discussing politics, and the solution was simply more people with humanistic values in word and deed.

It's really that simple, and
It's really that hard.

Peace
