We do not have a functioning democracy to deify and exalt any longer. Maybe we did have one ONCE. Maybe we can get back to one in the future. But we live in something extra-democratic now and it is getting worse by the hour.

That said, as I’ve said on other posts, I don’t give a damn that this asshole’s no longer breathing. He was a hateful bigot who spread manure everywhere he went.
