He'd have to be pretty stupid not to be, and as a resident of his state, I can vouch for the fact that he is definitely not a stupid man.

As to exactly what he will do, if things do not go well, I'm confident that he is prepared for any eventuality and will respond appropriately. JB has got this.

10. Gavin Newsom sued Trump over the same thing. He got a stay from the district

court (meaning the NG had to stand down), but the court of appeals removed the stay. It’s waiting to go to SCOTUS.
