I also have to wonder why journalists are not following Republican Senators around asking about the rhetoric on their side when it is so much worse.

As for the weakened education and training requirement, there's certainly twisted irony in Trump and his administration breathlessly repeating their bigoted claim that diversity, equity and inclusion policies in the federal government prioritize diversity over merit — only for them to lower their own standards in order to replenish the ranks of one of the most essential crime-fighting organizations in the nation.

Maybe when a journalist asks about violent liberal rhetoric, we should ask them for examples. If they don't have any, we then provide them with a list of RW calls to violence.

You know how I can be sure of that? If there was such a case, the corporate media would be running it on a loop 24/7 and stalking every Democratic politician to scold them about it.
