Distraction from Epstein is the tip of the iceberg. In fact as I've often said, I think Trump actually prefers our side to be consumed with viewing everything through the 'he's afraid about Epstein' lens. I don't think he's even a little worried about anything of consequence happening to him as a result of anything he did around Epstein. He controls all the evidence, and he has the bully pulpit, after all. Plus his supporters are all cultists who believe anything he tells them. And I bet he's totally convinced that if the DoJ really had something on him, it would've come out under Biden.

Thus, I think Epstein is the distraction, not the other way around. The goal is the fascist takeover, the destruction of our democracy, his own enrichment, the crushing of anyone who opposes him, and blood in the streets.
