Have you seen the reports of killer jumping off roof?

(Seen multiple times on MSNBC today, so apologies for no link.)

What do you make of this? Aerial shots make it look like building is pretty much two stories high all around. Has anyone heard that they have video that supports this? It seems like they are reporting from official statements? Wild if true.

So many walkbacks and leaking details and then taking them back. This whole thing reeks of at least incompetence.

Is backed up to an elevated grassy area. I don’t have a link but the video I saw showed that anyone could basically just walk up and get on the roof at the back of the building where the shooter was believed to be. It was a weird layout.

7. The building has a series of parapets and "shelves" - it looks pretty easy to navigate down from the roof, actually
