For facial identification, he's got the glasses of course but also possibly a mouthguard pushing out his upper lip and possibly some "cotton padding" Marlon Brando style where you'd put some chew. There's also something wrong with the hat, which looks somewhat padded, like a jockey's helmet: it's probably covering a wig.

The limp fools gait analysis software. Ironically, you stand out more in order to not be identified by the surveillance technologies. This appears smarter than I thought the guy would be, if I'm honest.

I went to a rally last night. I kept wondering if it was going to be cancelled. No metal detectors or anything. There was a required name, cell phone check in. But something like that can easily be circumvented with a burner phone and fake name etc.

a rifle around his neck, it being a "right."

If this guy is the shooter, the fucking rifle was in his backpack. And fools allow it.

Let's just invite every incel, radical, white wing gun-humping pissant, etc, walk around during protests, events like this, Super Bowl, Boston Marathon, etc.

You can't make this shit up. Open carry by 18 year olds on college campuses was a very important agenda item achieved by Repug Utah legislators earlier this year.

I'd bet that he's evading gait identification software.
