Americans should be proud to support DEI initiatives, they bond Americans not divide

5 key factors in designing an effective Neurodiversity Program

Neurodiversity programs help organizations achieve these results.

By translating intention into action, neurodiversity programs provide a central framework that embeds neuroinclusion into every part of an organization. They align all teams under one strategic vision - from hiring and people management, to learning and development, and beyond.

The business case is compelling: EY, SAP, JPMorgan Chase, and Microsoft, each running successful Neurodiversity Programs report retention rates exceeding 90% for neurodivergent hires.

Designing a neurodiversity program that delivers these kinds of results requires more than good intentions. It calls for a structured, thoughtful approach, which is exactly how Hearst created their program Neurodiversity@Hearst.

Since the "Southern Strategy" of Lee Atwater made it a racist cult, the GOP has doubled down on (well, exponentially increased) divisive spew.

There's a paper on. "A Historical Analysis of Racism Within the US Presidency: Implications for African Americans and the Political Process" here.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8250541/

I snipped out the GOP aspect in recent years (Democrats have said some awful shit as well) at textbin.
The point is that going forward, the GOP will continue its racist policies, whereas the Democrats will continue to fight for justice and equal opportunity.

Now, this is by no means a criticism, but
• Neurodiversity is just a part of a full DEI program, and
• The author, Everway, is a consulting and software development company, so this is an ad.

and what the hell isn't, these days.
Example, search results.

And have a diverse DEIY!
