on a brief article from mediate saying the person who killed charlie was a person he had a falling out with? Implication being the shooter was a coworker or one time friend.

Tyler Robinson, 22 years old. Trump said father is a pastor (no denomination given) -- I really hope there isn't an all-too-common here trashing of people of faith, but that's the info coming out.

Maybe a few extra fingers. Safe bet, if he worked for Turning Point he probably isn't a lib.

To start by looking at the structure and workings of the lds church and culture. They're all saints, according to them. And at 22, this shooter guy could be a bishop in the church, everyone has some kind of title so pastor only indicates that they actually participate in the church culture and don the underwear. Most of them also have day jobs.

From what we know now, the pastor did not work for TPUSA (what an odd thing to say - TPUSA is not even based in Utah).

Also, Utah has quite a strong LGBTQ community, including communities of faith. (I'm not saying the shooter is LGBTQ -- that's just the areas I have had experience with when I have been to Utah, and it's a topic that can indicate where a faith community is on the conservative-to-progressive scale.) Laws have been comparatively progressive, only starting to turn more conservative on controversial topics more recently.

Regardless, we'll know a bit more soon.
