He also looks very much like an actor I think but I can’t think of the name. Instant I saw it I thought it was familiar face. I don’t think it’s the same person I’m just saying he looks very much like someone I know I’ve seen on TV I think.

It's like his facial features were squeezed into the middle of his face with a lot of blank head surrounding them. This perp doesn't quite look like that.

The shooter looks more like Tim Miller of the Bulwark, who bears zero resemblance to Kirk.
