By dictionary definition you are correct

In terms of the the two as social movements there is far less difference. Many white nationalists call themselves Christian nationalists because of the difference in connotation. And unless someone can prove to me otherwise, I believe there is an infinitesimal number of self-identifying Christian nationalists who oppose trump based on his anti-Christian behavior. Many would say that is because he is a means to their ends. I say there are very few Christian nationalists who support him only grudgingly. From my observation, they're all in.

But that's just my opinion.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
