In moments like this, I like to turn to a man who can articulate events in a way that only he can.

The words of Robert L Arnold on Violence and Speech and the death of Charlie Kirk.

1. The words of both of these men are powerful, meaningful, and truthful.

They give us a lot to think about.
I know there's still a lot to be uncovered here, but it does look like hate consumed hate in the case of Charlie Kirk.

I had never ever even heard of Charlie Kirk until reports of his death. I have zero empathy for him. He doesn't deserve any. He was a truly hateful man.

12. I have watched many a speech by Robert Arnold.

He is always spot on in his analyses. I believe it helps that he's a Southerner because he takes his fellow Southerners to task sometimes. This one from today is especially heartfelt and the truth. Kirk will become irrelevant probably sooner rather than later given the short attention span of Americans. Kirk deserves to be irrelevant.
