A project like that would take my office a year to complete from Concept to Conformed Construction Set. McCrery busted out an addition to "The People's House" in a month and a half. It's got to have a huge commercial kitchen in it, too.

I wonder who the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) is.

On edit:

Federal building permits in Washington, D.C., are handled by the relevant federal agency responsible for the building or project, not by the District of Columbia Department of Buildings (DOB). The federal government enforces building codes and issues permits for its own buildings, military structures, and manufactured housing. To obtain a permit for a federal project, you must contact the specific federal agency involved in the construction or oversight of that building.

Thanks, AI! I bet they barely have a Schematic Set completed.

A pathetic attempt by Trump to leave a ‘legacy.’

‘Thus-and-such was done during the Trump administration.’

Narcissistic fool.

Trump has stopped how many….7?….wars, his economy is humming along nicely, all our bridges have been repaired, no more homeless veterans or hungry children, everyone has affordable health care, FEMA is back, and the CDC rates about a 10.

So, why not? Let’s build a multimillion dollar ballroom and spray the crap out of it with gold. What better way to spend our extra tax dollars?

Count me in. I’m going to get me one of those flag pins all the Republican Patriots wear and tune in when those TrumpModels in the cabinet cut the ribbon with Miller.
