What would MSNBC do with Brian Kilmeade?

A few days ago, MSNBC fired Matthew Dowd for telling the truth about Charlie Kirk. To paraphrase, Dowd said that thoughts beget words and that words beget actions. MSNBC took that as speaking ill of Charlie Kirk and fired him.

Today, it is being reported that Kilmeade of the FOX state-run media operation, said that homeless people should be involuntarily euthanized. They should be killed, he said.

How would MSNBC handle this situation?

FOX will probably ignore the comments?
