Between ID gender marker changes; medical coding -- both mental health diagnoses, if someone had GID/GD (Ge der Identity Disorder, now Gender Dysphoria as a diagnosis (required for any insurance coverage); or just prescriptions for "cross-sex hormones" without a co-occurring diagnosis of, say, hormone-sensitive cancer; or any number of tells from the VA (DD-214 changes, medical care)....those are just off the top of my head. Anything medicaid, but also there are demographic databases for someone who only ever had private insurance. Florida, Texas, and a few other red states started keeping lists of gender marker change requests (even on professional licenses) several years ago.

Remember all that DOGE prying and file copying/exporting...and then Trump telling Peter Thiel in late Spring to combine everything into one database? Trans people have seen this coming a mile away. It's terrifying.

If any of this reminds you of Germany in the late 1930s, you're getting the picture.
