There are likely many burner phones in evidence. Who has the one or ones he used before he was arrested?

The FBI has (and had) device data/evidence, but whether they currently hold particular phones isn’t disclosed in public records.

3. It's just an assumption but because that's what they normally do - they seize any phones

on the perp's person and can get others pursuant to a warrant for electronic devices. Also, some of a phone’s data is stored in other places, like iCloud or other social media, law enforcement can access with a court order.

tr💩mp would likely be on some if not many of the calls. He very likely has his henchmen scrubbing and sanitizing all of this hard evidence from the official record.

5. The cell phone service provider would have records of phone calls - the numbers,

not the content - and text messages, if any, with a warrant. The physical phone wouldn't be needed.
