Many religious have stated that Trump was sent by God-my response is the first God sent a man with morals

I doubt God would send someone with such lack of morals and self centeredness as Trump. Trump does not reflect Jesus values.
How do these "christians" kid themselves? They seem willing to not be honest with themselves like they are protecting their threatened egos and not using logic. Not using logic allows for one to be manipulated, especially if the ego was threatened.
The religious right says if you are rich God loves you. Well, the Mafia has money but I doubt God wants more of their kind.

1. There are times when I wonder if God DID send Trump

As a test of our virtues, and that allowing him to assume the office of President was divine judgement for our sins.

The voters chose to follow the voices of hatred, their urges for cruelty, their impulses for selfishness, their fears of the “other”, and the collective cowardice of career politicians who put their interests first and those of the country in third or fourth place.

When I get into those places, I feel that DJT was sent not as a savior, but as a scourge.

I’m a believer. I suspect the Big Guy will have questions as to why I didn’t do more when my time is up.

Could be worse. I suspect that the cynical greed-heads who donated to DJT’s campaign as well as the MAGAs who run his political machine, not to mention the tens of millions of MAGAs who voted for no. 47 will be in even deeper trouble.

In any event, I do not envy them. I suspect that that Grace may be far less attainable than they thought.

..from the sheep. Or to expose the wolves and test whether humanity has "learned it's lessons" and grown the fuck up. The "Daddy Coming Home" test.
Well, it's obvious humanity is getting more spoiled and lazy.
Im afraid as a global human civilization, our "leadership" is oblivious to Mother Nature telling us to clean our room, take care of our pets, share with our younger siblings, and do our homework...and Mamma is now in the "Wait till your father comes home" stage...and Daddy is going to be pissseeeddd....

If reasoning was their skill, they wouldn't be religious wackos.

Most of the MAGAs and non-voters haven’t gotten their blow-back yet.

“True believers” often will follow a prophet like that into their own graves because THEY ARE IN A CULT.

It is stuffed with stories of utterly despicable men whom God put into positions of power over people, and showered with his favor and his blessings. It isn't the least bit out of character for God to choose someone like Trump to rule over the US.

18. God gave man choice and man has used his baser nature when it comes to despicable men

when some men had approached Jesus with a question and I forget what the question was but Jesus response was "do ye not know you are gods?" seems to me man is the source of the problem. To think God is willing to harm His creation seems rather illogical.
