Trump is just nuts. He thinks he’s Teddy Roosevelt using Gunboat Diplomacy under the Monroe Doctrine except Trump tweets loudly but carries a little stick (according to Stormy).

3. Why don't they invoke protections afforded by the ICC? Venezuela ratified the Rome Statute on June 7, 2000.

The ICC has jurisdiction over Rome Statute crimes committed since July 1, 2002.

If they did, would the ICC be able to issue an arrest warrant for f45?

Roosevelt Roads. Is seeing increased activity. Lots of speculation as to why. Wrong mix of equipment for a 'war on drugs'.
