“President Donald Trump’s approval is plummeting with Latino voters, a voting bloc Republicans are betting on as they fight to maintain their tenuous hold on the House next year,” Politico reports.

A new poll shows Trump’s favorability “is underwater by 20 points with the demographic.”

3. The gains he made with the Latino community in 2024 was always very, very soft.

A lot of Biden 2020/Trump 2024 Latino voters didn't particularly like him, but they were upset with how costs and inflation had increased over the past few years and we're just looking to vote for something that was different. As soon as it because obvious that his policies aren't going to do anything to help costs, combined with insanely cruel deportation strategy, those voter gains are vanishing.

4. Have to get this to translate to Dem votes over Repugs in the 2026 midterms. Worry we say Trump but should be GOP

Trump will not explicitly be on ballot again unless maybe inmate of the month if we are lucky. Painting the GOP with all this, rather than just Trump, is what we need.

5. Don't worry, GOP. Come election time, you'll run some adds about the price of eye drops being lower under tRump

and that will be the news for two weeks up until the election. This leopard eating our face demographic will latch onto the fact that eye drop prices are the #1 concern for them too, meaning they'll fall in line once again and vote against everyone's best interests, repeating the cycle endlessly for the rest of their lives.

Meanwhile, their wages will have either stagnated or fallen, they'll have lost their health care or jobs and family members will have been deported, creating years of misery, for them and everyone around them, up until the eye drops non-news story becomes the headlines, switching their desire to pull the lever for all the ballot republicans who've made their lives a living Hell.
