The "left" is far from perfect but...
...if there is a "left", I do not believe they would stand idly by and watch a mob of "left-wing radicals" attack our Capitol and say nothing.
But that is what has happened on the "right". Republicans, almost to a person, have said nothing about the attack on the symbol of our democracy. It was a criminal act. Those that attacked the Capitol, and the police officers guarding the Capitol, are criminals. What do you call those that protect and pardon those criminals?
This is a difference that is stark, in my opinion. These people have no respect for the rule of law. They are silent as crimes are committed in their name. They deserve no respect. They want to re-write history and tell people that they are the "law and order" Party. They are the criminal Party. Just look at their silence on the worst criminal act on our country in our lifetimes.
