I just heard Rubio say this in regards to the Venezuelan boat which (we) destroyed along with her crew.

When told the boat was heading back to the shore, Rubio stated that it doesn't matter.

They were drug dealers and deserved what they got.

He stated there will be more attacks. (More extrajudicial killings).
