At least Senator Murphy gets it.

You need to know what might be coming.

Trump could have brought the nation together to confront political violence after the murder of Charlie Kirk.

Instead he appears to be preparing to use the shooting as a pretext to destroy his political opposition and consolidate power.

It's certain that they have been expecting an event like that to happen sooner or later and leverage it exactly like they are now in the process of. The ball is rolling.

Make a mess, declare a disaster. Share the country with Putin.

BUT PUTIN SILL WON'T GIVE HIM THE VIDEOS!!

It has all been very consistent, since 2016 or earlier.

And nobody sees it. (some of us do)

I feel I can be sane here. We're both old now and I am looking at assisted living as a way of living the rest of our lives in dignity and relative ease. We are old now and hopefully will not outlive our money, but that is entirely possible. Then what?

I feel I am in sane, good hands with our two Senators and my rep Rosa deLauro. All good, liberal Dems!

8. So other Democrats don't "get it." Get what? What is Murphy saying different from other Democrats?

If I knew that, I'd be a well paid Democratic consultant and I'm clearly not.

Maybe because he's not explosive and he comes across as thoughtful and reasonable. Plus CT is not known for its bomb throwers.

Oh, and he didn't go to Yale.
