9. Why is the guy on the right in the picture? He's not the decreased.

The second person was a 36 year old white man named Cory Zukatis as said in both the Op's link and the one below. It's also interesting that both contradict earlier reports about Trey Reed having multiple broken limbs. At face value these seem unrelated being two hours apart and seemingly no relationship between the two.
