And catching up on old times, too.

Butch & Sundance, now entertaining The Big Guy, closer up.

I like to think so, anyway.

And every single one I have seen was almost reverent in its praise for him—what a good person he was, as well as praising his talent and looks

I didn't cross paths with him - but I crossed paths with his son who had (and died as a result of) the same rare disease my daughter has. You get a different perspective when you get to see someone through their kid's eyes. Everyone is human - and some humans are better at fixing things outside of their family than within. At the time, Jamie's observations about his father's response to his illness (colectomy, and 2 liver transplants) reminded me of my own father. We met him within a year of when my parents moved to a retirement community. My father is a save-the-world kinda guy, and he's very good at it. But my mother drove the move because she knew dad wasn't good at medical stuff, and wouldn't be able to be the good caregiver that she expected to need.

Ironically, he (my father) has really stepped up to the plate when my mother needed it.

The hair is a little choppy versus wavy, but the jawline and hair color scream "Robert Redford."

It does seem like some kind of sign.
