The first time I heard then name Charlie Kirk was in December 2020, He announced the Turning Point USA End-of-the Year Gala at Mar-a-Lago. During that week there were 15,000 new cases of Covid-19 reported in Florida and they were expecting 5000 students to attend the party.
The press was calling it a super-spreader event.
What I found most appalling was that the party was held in deference to the Covid-19 death earlier in the year of Turning Point USA co-founded Bill Montgomery.
