I went to both URL’s and the 1st one uses the Wayback machine and I can’t find a way to download it. The 2nd url takes me to a partial page.

The 1st url does have a download link but that takes me to the 2nd link. Weird.

I’m using Duck Duck Go currently and not sure if that could be the issue.

Thanks for the info. It is always best to download files before they are disappeared. But nothing can stay disappeared forever.

Might be your browser.

On the first page,
https://web.archive.org/web/20250911012550/https://nij.ojp.gov/topics/articles/what-nij-research-tells-us-about-domestic-terrorism
there's the entire article. You can "print to pdf" with all my browsers and get all the info in one file.

I clicked on the "Download and Print" button and it took me to a new page.
This one, to be specific.
https://web.archive.org/web/20250911165140/https://www.ojp.gov/pdffiles1/nij/306123.pdf

And due to my browser settings, it downloaded the file to my downloads directory, though browsers may optionally offer to view the PDF in the browser window.

I'd host it somewhere but "file hosting" sites are really flakey, unlike text.

Good Luck.
