(5,209 posts)I turned it off. Life is too short to put up with him. Cant stand the sound of his voice. Plus he was literally holding up his book as he spoke. No thanks.

(964 posts)Honestly, I was astonished that they let him spew so long. The only reason I didn't mute was b/c I thought it would be a much shorter spot, but I swear that guy can breathe through his ears while he's talking. There was no way to break in.
Jeez.

(3,184 posts)and would've never been a Senator in West Virginia if it weren't for piggy backing off the popularity of Robert Byrd. I doubt Byrd would be doing the stuff Manchin has done. Time to rebuild Democratic culture in red states instead of running right leaning centrist just, because we want to hold the seat until the next election cycle and once that right leaning centrist has reached their expiration dates Democrats are left with to no political infrastructure in those States.

(26,593 posts)I missed our woke agenda. Does he mean Joe Biden giving a crap about people. Sorry that offended him.
Maybe, Joe, the people not offended olare normal and the people that cry about woke are not normal. Because those people are in charge right now. Does this feel normal?

But the platform is not for us. There's an agenda and it does not match mine or that of any democrat I know. It is probably the most friendly of the major TV networks, but thats not saying much.
