Charles Kuck, an immigration attorney at Kuck Baxter in Atlanta, represents 11 individuals arrested in the raid and pieced together what happened at the facility. ICE did not bring Korean language interpreters—proof Koreans were not the intended target—but managed to determine that the South Koreans at the facility entered on B-1 visas or the Electronic System for Travel Authorization known as ESTA.

“Not thinking that B-1 and ESTA allow ‘after-sales service and installation,’ which is what the Koreans were doing in setting up the equipment to make the batteries at the facility, ICE agents decided on the spot to arrest all the South Korean workers,” said Kuck in an interview. One of Kuck’s South Korean clients had just arrived the night before and was sitting in a conference room in a business suit, attending a meeting, when arrested by ICE.

From the article:

Even after it became evident that ICE had made a mistake and had caused an international incident, the agency wanted to put the South Koreans in chains when transporting them to the airport to depart the country, according to Kuck and media reports.

There's no exaggeration when labeling these Neo Nazis that took over our Nation.

Surreal but we expected it knowing what the real Traitor is.. just watching it unfold each day is helplessly a Horror Show nightmare.. especially for the People who ae in their Direct Path so far.

Posted elsewhere:

ICE doesn't care. It's all for the quotas, the show and the cruelty. Many are hooligans. None want to be identified.

Beat up people first. Check later. Often a force without badges, badges without numbers, without ID, without faces and without warrants.

It's an imperial private army.

Stephen likes it.

I'm smart.

I watched a YouTube video from a Korean American who says that Trump is trying to make a deal whereby the US govt gets 90% of the profits from Korean businesses in the US. The Korean president responded that he’s not insane. Trump obviously is.

Stuart Anderson reported in his Forbes article that the officials who launched the raid on the Hyundai plant in Georgia, which has caused a massive uproar in South Korea over the horrific arrest and chaining of more than 300 Korean workers, only had a warrant to look for four people from Mexico. According to Anderson, once the officials were there, they decided to meet the daily arrests quota established by White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller by arresting South Koreans.

The Republican god (money) is pleased with such numbers. Less than ten nations invest more, and none invest double that.

I have no idea if Stephen Mauler gives a rat’s ass, but it’s a safe bet that if South Korean higher-ups have said make it right or watch a hundred billion go elsewhere, that Trump has given an oral, untraceable “executive” order to make it right. If ICE has no commanding officers that know the difference between Hyundai and Honduras, I’m betting they’ll get one or two very shortly.
