Donald Trump signed a memorandum to deploy troops in Memphis, Tennessee several days ago from the Oval Office. During his gaggle with the press, Trump was asked by a reporter on whether or not he had evidence that the recently sunk Venezuelan boat was actually a "drug boat." Trump dismissively responded, "We have proof... General Caine showed me a little while ago the clip, but you can actually see it. But you don't have to see it."
