Who else is looking forward to Kimmel V. Johnson?

I would think even the MAGA SCOTUS and the unmagnificent 6 would rule 9-0 in favor of the 1st amendment.

I hope Jimmy exposes the MAGA dude bro sphere and brings to light the evil shit they're getting away with, and have for the last 10 years. After all, Benny Johnson, the guy who filed the complaint, was exposed to be on RT'S payroll. There have to be others.

MAGA, I will never believe a word you say about freedom of speech ever again.

They are over stepping their boundaries exponentially everyday. At some point, they're going to cross a line they shouldn't have.

People are entitled to their opinions, it's their constitutional right. No one should be murdered for them. No one should be fired for them, either. MAGA has the right to say whatever they want, just like we have the right to tell them they're wrong.
