On Sept. 10, 2025, Turning Point USA co-founder and conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was fatally shot during a Utah college speaking event.

In the aftermath, social media users shared a quote in which the conservative pundit allegedly said former U.S. President Joe Biden should get the death penalty. Snopes readers also asked us if Kirk ever called for Biden's execution.

The following clip circulated online in which Kirk allegedly said: "Joe Biden is a bumbling, dementia-filled Alzheimer's, corrupt, tyrant who should honestly be put in prison and/or given the death penalty for his crimes against America."
