It's interesting how quiet the "we can't be funny anymore because of wOke" comedians are at the moment...

not to mention as I often say, the "don't tread on me" crowd, the small government folks... and supposed free speech conservatives...

crickets.

Or the whiney 80's/90's/early 2000's edge-lord or blue comedians past their relevant "meme" date that can't find a job touring or in Hollywood 10 to 20 years past their prime?
On edit - those are the only comedians I can think of who complain about "W0ke ruined my career"...

His political and "blue" humor was more petulant and mean than culturally insightful dealing with Gen-X (and Boomer) goofballs.
Now that Gen-X is in their 50's and not so excessively individualistic, a lot of his prior relatable humor is past its meme date, so he's stuck with his political and blue humor, and those topics just make him look out of touch.
He doesn't do growing older or lovable curmudgeon very well...
