1. If it's allowed to remain, will it exist in such a neutered form as to render it unwatchable?

They always do.

I think the next step is arresting a celebrity who criticizes Trump and charging them with Hate Speech.

7. There is no law against hate speech. You can't charge someone with breaking a law that doesn't exist.

Didn’t take this country long to slip into a fascist dictatorship. Happened faster than I ever thought it could.
So sad for my country and the world.
The power of social media and its influence on society has become horrifyingly apparent.

They rolled with the punches at the characterizations of them, even coming on the show as themselves.

I recall the sketch with Kate McKinnon as Hillary Clinton and she popped in and asked.."Do I really laugh like that?"

Loved Tina Fey doing Sarah Palin to a tee.
Fred Arneson as Barack Obama.
Phil Hartman as Bill Clinton
Dana Carvey as GHW Bush
Alec Baldwin as Trump
Maya Rudolph as Kamala Harris
Jason Sudeikis as Joe Biden
and on down the line.

But DICKtator Donnie will surely go after SNL on it's 51st season. There are plenty of jokes to go around.
