Didn't Trump make fun of Senator McCain?

Also, didn’t he make fun of the military war heroes who died in battle or disabled veterans? Didn’t make fun of a disabled reporter? Didn’t he make fun of Rosie O’Donell? Didn’t he make fun of women reporters?
Who’s the bully? He is so thinned skinned and insecure!
