-DU to successfully combat a suit years ago), and many other legal groups with a vested interest would undoubtedly be brought into this. I'll just leave it there because I don't think stirring up those who have no ability to respond to such threats--real, likely, inevitable, or none of the previous--is likely to help much. If EarlG wants to address this, I'm sure he will, but I'm guessing he'd prefer we leave it be, for now.

DU is too small and only has a few thousand active participants. In the bigger scheme of things they may not think it important enough to go after. I doubt if the average person on the street has ever heard of DU.
