EAT RIGHT AND EXERCISE became a way of life instead of just a slogan. I completely rebuilt my diet from scratch. Adopted a walking program that started with 5 minute shuffles once a day and grew to 30 minute power-walks twice a day. I lost 50 pounds in 5 months. (And gained 7 back in the 10th month. Got my eye on that shit.)

But other than the bum ticker, I’m in the best shape since I was a teenager!

Heart attack scared the shit out of me. Still does. Recovering from that was/is hard. But in my book it’s better than recovering from a cracked open chest. LOL. No thanks, man! I mean, I’ll do it if I have to, but I’ll do anything to make sure I DON’ T have to.

Basically when the nerves start dying in the extremities. It can cause a lot of pain.

Diabetes is one of the most common causes. Poor circulation can also contribute (and also causes cankles)
