Thank you for your thoughtful post. I appreciate the reminders and advice. How well I remember those

years. When I was in college in the late sixties and early seventies, we were out protesting something every weekend. I remember when The Smothers Brothers show was cancelled, we protested that, too. My Ethics professor wore a button every day that said “Question Authority “. When I was doing my student teaching, the women on the school staff got together and decided to all wear pants to work; since my cooperating teacher was a woman, I joined them. It was a public school, the year was 1970 and yet it was policy that women had to wear dresses or skirts. Our generation has lived through so much upheaval and change, I guess it is second nature to us that we keep on insisting, resisting, and persisting! Thanks again for your wise words. 😊
