This is completely bonkers. All but 58 Democrats voted in favor of this insanity.
I feel like the world is falling apart. Like I'm the only sane person still alive.
The betrayal to our friends, family and allies in marginalized communities cannot be understated.
Per Axios:
Some Democrats expressed fear at a closed-door meeting Thursday morning that voting against the resolution would make lawmakers the targets of violence.
Our lawmakers are being bullied into voting with Republicans and I'm very upset at this. Like more upset than I can state freely.
I'm actually in tears.
All I have to say on that.
