11. Why does anyone need any gun at all?

I sometimes feel as if I'm the only one who notices the connection between unlimited guns in this country, and the obscene number of gun deaths in this country.

I'm only sorry that the gun apologists don't all lose loved ones to guns. Those of us who have always opposed gun ownership, well, we don't count, do we? So long as grade-school kids can get their dad or grandad's gun from the drawer next to his bed, then we're all safe, right? No? Oh, gosh, what a shame.
When I become dictator of north america (unlikely, I know) I will immediately confiscate all guns. Immediately. All of them.
