All except Fuentes, an adversary of Kirk, who Dallek said may see this time as an opportunity to bring his white nationalist vision into the MAGA mainstream, Dallek said.

"Fuentes has been on the cutting edge of the racist wing of the MAGA movement," he said.

For years, Fuentes and Kirk engaged in a political feud, with Fuentes considering Kirk too moderate. Many of Fuentes supporters, known as "groypers," would come out to Turning Point USA events to troll speakers.

His main criticism of the leaders of the MAGA movement, like his criticism of Kirk, is that they're not sufficiently radical and dilute his view that the U.S. is a home for white people.
