A few replies...

@hamiltonstears
Fox still won't tell its viewers why the unemployment rate has hit a post-pandemic high and grocery prices have experienced a “big jump," but those are precisely the results every economist since Harding predicted about Trump's tariffs. In tennis we call this an unforced error.

who consistently seem unable or unwilling to change their minds. That's a terrifying thought. I keep waiting for the poll numbers to reflect that people have finally woken up, but they are still too few considering the urgency of the time we're living in. I hate to contemplate what it would take to get them to see what is happening.

though still it is hard to believe that they will fall for the same shit again after what Trump did to farmers in his first term. I really don't know anymore. My faith in humanity has been seriously diminished.

With regard to Reagan's economy B Clinton said something like 'anyone can make an economy look good by writing blank checks'.
