This was discussed in depth in several threads yesterday.

The senate resolution was passed by unanimous consent, which not the same as “unanimously”.

Unanimous consent is a voice vote, with no record of individual votes. It can only pass if no one objects. To pass under UC, a quorum of 51 senators is required, and the republicans have 53.

It is likely that many/most of the Dems weren’t even in the chamber when the UC vote was held.

If a recorded vote were held, I can’t imagine Warren, Sanders or most others Dems voting yes.
