with Trump. He's more open about being racist and evil. However, come to think of it he has always been pretty much in your face about being a racist and evil person. But it seems like some filters are coming down like him being totally honest about why he and Epstein stopped talking. Epstein was taking his workers and not because of morality which Trump would have used as an excuse if his brain wasn't rotting.

With brain damage, our personality can change.
Even very nice people can get aggressive or act out sexually etc.

So we don't know if all the real stuff is coming out, or a significant change in personalty
due to the parts of the brain which regulate moods, thoughts, behavior is damaged.

But yes this is the case with Trump, he is having a harder and harder time faking it.
Pretending to be a nice guy.

In addition to the dementia, he has been emboldened by everyone who allow him to get
away with all his crimes and inappropriate behavior. And he is on a drug cocktail of some sort
which can also cause poor judgement and acting out.
