The best scientist in my lab is Iranian.

The United States owes much its now destroyed status as a scientific superpower to the fact that other countries sent their best and brightest here, or that their best and brightest came on their own.

This is what we lost by installing this ignorant orange pedophile in our nation's White House.

No one is going to want to pay $100,000 for an HB1 visa because no one will want to come to this shithole country after he's done destroying it.

Trump could change his mind, his flying monkeys could do what they
want to do. Subsequent presidents of the MAGA ilk could double the
amount or throw everyone brown out of the country. Legal status wouldn't matter.

The US is no longer to be trusted on any level.

The program was envisioned for US companies to be able to hire exceptional people with unique skills that might not be available here.

The AFL-CIO greatly approves of the 100k fee.

My wife's family is from Iran. Mine were exiles from Imperial Russia that settled in Mexico. I know people in China, India, Brazil and Australia. I can up an move in an instant. Before the war, I had a recruiter from Russia hit me up.

I've seriously considered moving to Mexico a few times and I have the contacts to make it happen. I'm just wondering what happens in the next Presidential election.
