He was in Drumpf’s first administration and was hard core zero tolerance immigrantion policy and was basically credited with the child separation policy. He was vocal as a private citizen leading up to and during the 2024 campaign that if Trump won, he would have a high powered job in the Administration. He was in the Heritage Foundation and all over Fox. The sting involved FBI agents posing as business executives and he accepted money for promises he could get them government contracts. God only knows what happened to the tapes of evidence the agents would have had. With this cover up Patel/ Bondi gang in charge, it’s easy to imagine. Little wonder the case was immediately dropped. No doubt those agents involved in the sting operation have been fired for some fake cause or pressured into silence and reassigned. The corruption in this mob clone of an administration is staggering.
